THE ORGANISATIONAL ALIGNMENT DIAGNOSTIC FOR EXPERIENCE-LED BUSINESSES
YOUR BUSINESS HAS A SCORE.
THE GAP IS THE DANGER.
You know the strategy. You know the numbers. What you may not know is whether the business you believe you are leading is the same business your people are experiencing.
FUSIONscore™ starts with your view of Brand, People and Operations, gives you an immediate private leadership report, then lets you invite the wider organisation to see where perception agrees, diverges or leaves dangerous blind spots.
44 statements. Approximately 8-10 minutes. Immediate private leadership report.
Start with your perspective. Invite the business when you are ready.

WHAT IS FUSIONscore™?
FUSIONscore™ by Q Branch
FUSIONscore™ by Q Branch is an organisational alignment diagnostic for experience-led businesses. It measures how Brand, People and Operations work together, then reveals where leadership and the wider organisation see the same business differently.
It begins as a private Leadership Baseline. If you choose to go further, FUSIONscore™ becomes a confidential company-wide diagnostic that can compare Board and Executive, Senior Leadership, Managers and Frontline teams across the same business.
THE BUSINESS YOU LEAD. THE BUSINESS THEY EXPERIENCE.
You can have good numbers, good people and a serious alignment problem at the same time.
Businesses rarely wake up one morning obviously misaligned. The evidence usually appears elsewhere first.
The customer experience varies by site, shift or manager. Different leaders give different answers to the same question. Teams work hard but priorities still stall. A premium promise becomes average in delivery. Decisions climb back up to the CEO because ownership is unclear. Growth creates more rescue, more friction and more complexity than anybody expected.
Each problem can look local. Customers experience the combined result. FUSIONscore™ gives leadership a way to examine the system behind those symptoms.
THE PROMISE IS CLEAR IN THE BOARDROOM
but inconsistent by the time it reaches the customer.
PEOPLE ARE BUSY
but the priorities leadership cares about are not moving.
THE BUSINESS HAS PROCESSES
but great performance still depends on particular people rescuing them.
LEADERS AGREE ON THE STRATEGY
but managers interpret standards and decisions differently.
THE BRAND LOOKS PREMIUM
but the experience is not consistently premium.
GROWTH IS WORKING
but the organisation is getting harder to operate.
MISALIGNMENT DOES NOT ALWAYS LOOK LIKE FAILURE.
SOMETIMES IT LOOKS LIKE SUCCESS THAT HAS BECOME HARDER THAN IT SHOULD BE.
ONE BUSINESS. THREE FORCES.
Brand, People and Operations should never have been separate conversations.
Your customer does not experience departments. They experience the promise marketing created, the behaviour your people bring to it, the handoffs between teams, the standards leaders tolerate, the systems supporting delivery and what finally happens when somebody tries to buy from you. FUSIONscore™ measures the three forces that shape that experience.
THE PROMISE.
Can the right customers understand why they should choose you?
- ·Is the promise clear?
- ·Is the business distinctive?
- ·Do pricing, decisions and experience support the position you want to own?

THE REPEATABILITY.
Can the business deliver its promise consistently without depending on heroics?

TWO SYSTEM SIGNALS
ALIGNMENT
Are Brand, People and Operations reinforcing one another, or is one part of the business creating promises another part cannot consistently keep?
EXPERIENCE DELIVERY
How confidently does the organisation believe the experience it delivers matches the promise it makes?
Experience Delivery is an internal organisational measure. It does not replace direct customer research such as NPS, CSAT, reviews or retention evidence.
AND THEN THERE IS WHAT PEOPLE CANNOT SEE.
If somebody genuinely does not know enough to answer a question confidently, FUSIONscore™ does not force a guess. That response becomes information too. A strategy that only senior leadership can see may be a different problem from a strategy everybody understands but nobody follows.
BEFORE YOU INVITE ANYBODY
44 statements. One private view of the business. A much better leadership conversation.
Your Leadership Baseline is valuable on its own. You receive an immediate structured view of the business as you currently see it, broken down far beyond one flattering headline number.
YOUR FUSIONscore™
A transparent 0-100 view across Brand, People and Operations.
PERSONALISED EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A concise interpretation of what your result says, what it may indicate and where leadership attention may be useful.
BRAND, PEOPLE & OPERATIONS
See the three forces separately rather than hiding everything inside one average.
ALIGNMENT
Understand whether the parts of the system appear to reinforce one another.
EXPERIENCE DELIVERY
Assess how consistently you believe the organisation is keeping the promise it makes.
12 DRIVER SCORES
Move beneath the three headline pillars to see exactly where strength and constraint may sit.
KNOWLEDGE GAPS
See where you could not confidently judge important parts of the business.
RED FLAGS
Identify critically weak individual statements that could otherwise disappear inside a healthy overall average.
STRONGEST ASSET
FUSIONscore™ should not only look for problems. It should identify what appears to be working and deserves protecting.
YOUR FIRST LEADERSHIP CONVERSATION
Receive serious questions worth taking into the room rather than an automated list of generic recommendations.
AVERAGES CAN LIE BY OMISSION.
A good overall score can still hide a bad problem.
Imagine an organisation scores 78 overall. Strong.
But buried inside that average is one statement scoring 31:
"People are clear about the decisions they own and the outcomes they are accountable for."
That single weakness could be creating slow decisions, escalations, duplicated effort and leadership rescue throughout the business.
A headline score should never give leadership permission to stop looking.
FUSIONscore™'s Red Flags surface critically weak statements, large internal gaps and important areas that the overall average could otherwise hide.

YOUR FIRST RESULT IS ONE PERSPECTIVE.
Now test your version of reality.
The first FUSIONscore™ tells you how you see the business. Useful. But the CEO occupies a very different organisation from a frontline colleague.
You sit in different meetings. You see different metrics. You hear different conversations. You encounter different problems. Both perspectives can be honest. They can also be miles apart.
Once you create a Company Profile, FUSIONscore™ lets you invite Board and Executive, Senior Leadership, Managers and Frontline teams to assess the same organisation. That is where the diagnostic becomes considerably more powerful.
THE LEADERSHIP REALITY GAP
The Leadership Reality Gap is the difference between leadership's assessment of an organisational condition and the wider organisation's assessment of the same condition.
It identifies disagreement worth investigating. It does not automatically prove that leadership is wrong or that employees are right. The value is knowing where the perspectives differ enough to deserve a serious conversation.

LEADERSHIP REALITY GAP

Leadership sees a considerably stronger operating system than the people closest to day-to-day delivery. FUSIONscore™ would flag the gap for investigation, not claim it has already established the cause.

Gaps work in both directions. Sometimes leadership is more critical than the wider organisation. Different direction, different question.
FROM ONE SCORE TO ORGANISATIONAL INTELLIGENCE
The company dashboard should not give you 40 charts. It should tell you where to look first.
Once enough confidential responses have been collected, the Company Profile turns dozens or hundreds of individual perspectives into leadership-level evidence. The purpose is not data theatre. It is better prioritisation.
WHAT LEADERSHIP SHOULD LOOK AT FIRST
BIGGEST ALIGNMENT RISK
Where Brand, People and Operations appear least connected.
BIGGEST LEADERSHIP REALITY GAP
Where leadership and the wider organisation see the business most differently.
HIGHEST INTERNAL DISAGREEMENT
Where the average is hiding materially different experiences inside the organisation.
BIGGEST KNOWLEDGE GAP
Where important parts of the organisation cannot confidently judge what is supposed to be happening.
STRONGEST ASSET TO PROTECT
Where the organisation shows strength, agreement and consistency.
DEEPER COMPANY ANALYSIS
Only displayed where confidentiality rules permit.
START SMALL. BUILD THE PICTURE.
From your perspective to the whole business.
RUN YOUR LEADERSHIP BASELINE
Complete 44 observable statements across Brand, People, Operations, Alignment and Experience Delivery. Approximately 8-10 minutes. Do not guess. If you genuinely cannot judge something confidently, tell us.
GET YOUR PRIVATE LEADERSHIP REPORT
See your FUSIONscore™, pillar results, driver detail, Red Flags, knowledge gaps and the questions leadership should investigate first. Your first job is to understand the evidence. Not buy something.
CREATE YOUR COMPANY PROFILE
If the initial report is useful, turn your perspective into a company baseline. Invite the people who experience the organisation from different levels, teams and locations.
COMPARE THE ORGANISATION WITH ITSELF
Once reporting thresholds are met, see where people agree, where they disagree and where leadership may be seeing a materially different business.
RUN IT AGAIN
FUSIONscore™ is designed around Assessment Waves. Baseline. Intervention. Reassessment. See what moved. See what did not. Measure whether alignment is genuinely changing rather than relying on the memory of another strategy day.
WHO FUSIONscore™ IS BUILT FOR
Built for businesses where the experience is part of the product.
FUSIONscore™ is designed for leaders of organisations where what customers experience materially affects what they are willing to buy, pay, repeat, recommend and remember. It is particularly useful when growth has introduced enough complexity that one leader can no longer see the whole system personally.
It becomes particularly useful when:
- ·customer experience changes by site, shift, manager or channel
- ·leadership agrees on ambition but execution remains inconsistent
- ·your brand promise has become stronger than operational delivery
- ·different managers interpret standards differently
- ·the CEO or senior team remains the rescue system
- ·growth has increased organisational complexity
- ·teams optimise their own area while the customer experiences the handoffs
- ·leadership wants better evidence before deciding what to fix
- ·you are about to scale, restructure, invest or enter an important period of change
- ·you want to know whether an intervention actually changed the organisation six months later
A DIFFERENT QUESTION REQUIRES A DIFFERENT DIAGNOSTIC
FUSIONscore™ is not an engagement survey. It is not a leadership 360. And it does not replace customer research.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
PRIMARY QUESTION
How do people feel about working here?
USEFUL FOR
Engagement, sentiment, employee experience and retention signals.
FUSIONscore™ IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE
It examines whether the organisational system across Brand, People and Operations is aligned around what the business is trying to deliver.
LEADERSHIP 360
PRIMARY QUESTION
How do other people experience this individual leader?
USEFUL FOR
Leadership behaviour, capability and development.
FUSIONscore™ IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE
It compares how different groups experience the same organisation rather than evaluating one leader as an individual.
NPS / CSAT / CUSTOMER RESEARCH
PRIMARY QUESTION
What do customers think about the experience they received?
USEFUL FOR
Direct customer sentiment and experience evidence.
FUSIONscore™ IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE
It examines the internal organisational conditions that may support or undermine consistent experience delivery.
FUSIONscore™
PRIMARY QUESTION
Are Brand, People and Operations working together, and does leadership see the same organisational reality as everybody else?
USEFUL FOR
Organisational alignment, leadership perspective gaps, internal consistency, diagnostic prioritisation and change measurement.
CONFIDENTIAL BY DESIGN
People should be able to tell you what they see without wondering who is reading it.
The company-wide version of FUSIONscore™ is designed around confidential reporting. We do not describe responses as anonymous when organisational metadata such as role, function or location may be attached. We explain exactly how the information is used.
INDIVIDUAL ANSWERS ARE NOT SHOWN TO COMPANY LEADERS
Company reporting is aggregate.
SMALL GROUPS ARE SUPPRESSED
A segment must contain enough valid responses before its results can appear. The default reporting minimum is five.
COMPLETION AND ANSWERS ARE DIFFERENT
A company administrator may need to know whether somebody has completed the assessment so participation can be managed. That does not give them access to the person's answers.
CONFIDENTIALITY OVERRIDES AN INTERESTING CHART
If a filter or combination of groups could make an individual identifiable, the result should not be shown.
TRANSPARENT BY DESIGN
No black box. No made-up benchmarks.
FUSIONscore™ is a practitioner-designed organisational diagnostic. Version 1 uses 44 observable statements scored on a consistent 1-7 agreement scale, plus an explicit option for respondents who do not know enough to answer confidently.
Responses are converted transparently into 0-100 scores. Brand, People and Operations are equally weighted. Alignment and Experience Delivery remain separate signals.
We do not currently pretend that a score of 73 means you are in the "top 8% of hospitality companies" because we do not yet possess a dataset that would justify saying it. As FUSIONscore™ grows, the validation programme will examine question performance, reliability, organisational differences and relationships with real business and customer outcomes. Until the evidence exists, the methodology should say what it knows and what it does not.
We would rather show you the limit of the data than decorate it with fake certainty.

BUILT BY Q BRANCH
We built FUSIONscore™ because customers already experience Brand, People and Operations as one business.
Q Branch is a strategy and transformation consultancy for experience-led businesses. Our work brings together Brand Strategy, People Development and Operational Excellence because treating them as disconnected disciplines creates disconnected businesses.
FUSIONscore™ turns that thinking into a repeatable diagnostic. It gives leadership a structured way to examine the promise the business makes, the people expected to deliver it and the operating system required to make it repeatable. Customer experience is where the consequences finally meet.

FUSIONscore™ questions, answered.
What is FUSIONscore™?
FUSIONscore™ by Q Branch is an organisational alignment diagnostic for experience-led businesses. It measures Brand, People and Operations, alongside Alignment and Experience Delivery, and can compare leadership's view with the wider organisation to identify important perception gaps, knowledge gaps and areas of disagreement.
What does FUSIONscore™ measure?
The core diagnostic measures Brand, People and Operations. Brand covers positioning, promise, distinctiveness and commercial alignment. People covers strategy activation, leadership consistency, ownership, accountability, capability and behaviour. Operations covers standards, process, handoffs, operating rhythm, visibility, scale and digital enablement. Separate measures examine Alignment and Experience Delivery.
What is the Leadership Reality Gap?
The Leadership Reality Gap is the difference between leadership's assessment of an organisational condition and the wider organisation's assessment of the same condition. A gap identifies disagreement worth investigating. It does not automatically prove which perspective is objectively correct.
How long does the Leadership Baseline take?
The current FUSIONscore™ Leadership Baseline contains 44 statements and is designed to take approximately 8-10 minutes for most leaders. Actual completion time should continue to be monitored and the published estimate updated when sufficient real completion data exists.
What do I receive after completing it?
You receive a private leadership report including your overall FUSIONscore™, Brand, People and Operations scores, Alignment, Experience Delivery, driver-level analysis, knowledge gaps, Red Flags, strengths to protect and questions worth taking into your next leadership conversation.
Can I invite the rest of my company?
Yes. After your Leadership Baseline you can create a Company Profile and invite people across Board and Executive, Senior Leadership, Management and Frontline teams. Eligible aggregate results can then be compared across the organisation while individual employee responses remain confidential.
Are employee responses anonymous?
FUSIONscore™ describes company responses as confidential rather than making a blanket promise of anonymity when metadata such as organisational level, function or location may be attached. Company leaders see aggregate reporting only, and small groups are suppressed to reduce the risk of identifying individuals.
Is FUSIONscore™ an employee engagement survey?
No. Employee engagement surveys primarily examine how people feel about their employment experience. FUSIONscore™ examines organisational alignment across Brand, People and Operations and whether different parts of the business perceive that system in the same way.
Is FUSIONscore™ a leadership 360?
No. A leadership 360 evaluates how an individual leader is experienced by other people. FUSIONscore™ examines the organisation itself and compares how different groups experience the same business.
Does FUSIONscore™ measure customer experience?
FUSIONscore™ includes an Experience Delivery measure that examines how confidently the organisation believes the experience it delivers matches the promise it makes. It does not replace direct customer evidence such as NPS, CSAT, reviews, complaints, retention or repeat purchase.
Is FUSIONscore™ psychometrically validated?
Not currently. FUSIONscore™ Version 1 is a practitioner-designed organisational diagnostic with transparent scoring and a planned empirical validation programme. We do not present its working interpretive ranges as population norms or claim statistical validation that has not yet been established.
Does FUSIONscore™ use industry benchmarks?
Not in Version 1. The first and most useful benchmark is your own organisation over time. Sector and company-size benchmarks should only be introduced when the dataset is large and robust enough to support them responsibly.
What happens after I get my result?
Nothing is forced. You can use your report as a standalone leadership diagnostic, create a Company Profile and invite your organisation, or speak with Q Branch if the evidence points to an issue where outside perspective would be useful.
START WITH YOUR VIEW.
The next leadership conversation should start with evidence.
You already have opinions about where the business is strong. You probably have opinions about what is slowing it down too. FUSIONscore™ gives you a structured way to test them.
Start with 44 statements and your own perspective. Get the private report. Then decide whether you want the rest of the organisation to test your version of reality.
